以checklist來幫忙查房

加護病房的病人往往有多重問題，在診視病人時要注意到所有的問題點並不容易
每一位重症醫師在累積一定的經驗之後，應該都會發展出自己的一套看病人的方式
也就是說，很多醫師心中都有自己的一套"checklist"，

在這裡，我們試著發展一個實用的checklist來幫助大家診視病人，
希望做到完整、好記又實用。

這個checklist是"PT-CENTERED-ICU"，每個字母代表一個或兩個項目，
合起來是"以病人為中心的ICU"，應該不難記才對。
細項說明如下:
P: pulse and pressure
T: temperature
C: consciousness and CNS function
E: endotracheal tube and O2
N: nutrition (including EN and PN)
T: tubes and lines
E: evaluation and education
R: renal function
E: exams
D: drugs
I: imaging study
C: communication and consultation
U: understanding --> Do all team members understand our treatment plan?
